Devika Mehta Kadam

About me :

Hello! , I am Devika and I believe in building a strong dialogue between the mind and the body, the power of spontaneous play and the role of creativity in nourishing our mental health. I have keen interest in embodied indigenous movement practices and how they can find support in neuroscience. Decolonising the practice of DMT and actively advocating that mental health is relational, political and cultural is integral to my experience of mental health systems. I invite you to come experience this conversation in a safe, empathic, inclusive space.

Our Practice:

Our work is based on neurological, psychodynamic and developmental frameworks. Our practice is person-centred, intersectional, indigenous, trauma-informed and queer affirmative.

There are always 5500 ways of looking at something,
We have to try a few keys before we find the right one.

Prachi Morjaria Dokania

About me :

Hi, I am Prachi and I believe that Mental Health is as important as physical health. While we spend hours grooming, reading the news or studying the world, I believe that it is important that we also take time out to understand our present state of mind, to understand if experiences from the past unconsciously influence our present. The answers to our happiness lie within us and a facilitative environment can help one find the keys to it. I invite you to a space of learning about yourself that can last you a lifetime.

Our Practice:

Our work is based on neurological, psychodynamic and developmental frameworks. Our practice is person-centred, intersectional, indigenous, trauma-informed and queer affirmative.
